If Synchrony says no, Fortiva takes a second look — automatically
Already a Fortiva Retail Credit cardholder? Bring your card to the sale. For new customers there's nothing extra to fill out. When a Synchrony application isn't approved, Fortiva checks whether you pre-qualify using a soft credit inquiry, right at the table. If you accept the offer, Fortiva then runs a full credit check.

Your first payment comes after delivery. The school still earns its share — financing doesn't change that.

One delivery day for every sale
Orders from a sale are delivered together on the fourth Monday after the sale — that's when school pickup, doorstep delivery and premium setup all happen. We text everyone their time window a few days before. If that day doesn't work, or you need your mattress sooner, book a pickup at our Fresno warehouse.
Delivery prices are per order, not per piece. Free haul-away of your old mattress with every home delivery.
Sales & exchanges
All sales are final, with one exception:
90-Night Sleep Guarantee: buy a mattress protector on the same ticket, and you can exchange any mattress you bought from us. Sleep on it for at least 2 weeks to break it in, then you have 75 more days to exchange it.
